Privacy

Your timers stay yours.

Privacy policy for TimerDeck and the Jocoware website.

Last updated: November 6, 2026

TimerDeck stores your timer collection on your device. The current app has no account system, advertising, or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not send your timer collection to Jocoware.

Timer data on your device

TimerDeck stores timer names, configured durations, remaining time, and timing information needed to restore timers and order completed runs. This information is saved in the app's local storage.

TimerDeck does not provide its own cloud synchronization. App data may be included in device backups or transfers managed by Apple, depending on your settings. Jocoware does not receive those backups.

Notifications

With your permission, TimerDeck schedules local notifications through iOS. Notifications can include a timer's name, so that name may be visible on your Lock Screen or in Notification Center according to your settings. Notifications are scheduled on your device rather than through a Jocoware push-notification server.

You can change notification permissions in system settings. Countdown timing continues even if notification permission is disabled.

Support email

If you email jocoware@163.com, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate your request. Our email provider processes these messages to deliver and store email.

Support correspondence may be retained while needed to resolve and follow up on your request. You may contact us to request deletion of correspondence we hold, subject to any applicable retention requirements. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for support.

This website

These pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or third-party fonts. When you visit, the hosting provider processes technical connection information, such as your IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from timer information stored in the app.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare describes its processing in its privacy policy.

Your choices

You can edit or delete timers in the app. Deleting TimerDeck, rather than offloading it, removes its local app data. Removing the app does not necessarily remove copies in device backups; those are controlled through your Apple backup settings.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy when data-handling practices change and revise the date above. For questions about this policy or support correspondence, email jocoware@163.com.
